We want to make returns and exchanges easy for you! 


All U.S. orders ship with USPS.  Shipping times typically take anywhere from 4 to 10 days and packages are not insured. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office.


We understand sometimes things just don't fit right, but we want to help!

Return the item in the original packaging

Once we receive the item, we will refund or exchange your item!    

Items must be unwashed, unworn with tags still attached.  If items appear worn, have makeup, animal hair or other stains, your return will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. 

We must receive your merchandise within 15 days from the date your order was placed.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Sale items and accessories are final sale and may not be returned.

WANT TO EXCHANGE?   Write on the packing slip what size you DO want and we will send it out ASAP!  Need it sooner?  You can always purchase the new size online and we will send out ASAP, just send back the unwanted item and we will issue a refund as soon as we receive it. 


Damaged Items? We inspect every item in our store and work hard to make sure damaged items are not sold.  Once you receive your items, please inspect your order.  We must be notified within 3 days for damaged items.  Please call us @509-826-7123 or email  to notify us of damaged items.
